I have ordered a KINGSTON 64GB MICRO SD CARD WITH FREE CARD READER from ebay. After receiving the product I have found that the item is corrupted even I think it is a duplicate product of kingstone. Then I tried to call the seller but he didn't picked up my phone also sent an email but no reply.
Finally I raised a request to return the product in ebay after 2 days then replied that claim has been rejected as item has 1 year manufacture warranty. What is this?
Before giving order my friends were telling me that "don't give any order from ebay". Most product of ebay are not genuine. I think they were correct.
Dear ebay, Please don't do like this with customers.
I have attached the screenshots of the order and claim. Please have a look. And request to you ebay please refund my money as you have sent a bad/corrupted item to me. FYI I will never go to any customer care.
