Recently I bought a blackberry handset from ebay. It was advertised as an unlocked GSM set, but turned out to be a CDMA set and was of no use to me I wanted to contact ebay about return the product and get a refund. The one hurdle I faced was getting through to customer care they offer three options, toll free phone, e mail. E mail is not too useful, when the matter requires some explanation, so I tried chat and phone . Both have a wait time of nearly half an hour which is a bit long . However, once I did get through , they processed my refund without a fuss. It cost my 750.00 to return the item through DTDC, but ebay agreed to refund this too.
All they needed was for me to upload the scanned copy of the receipt from DTDC. I was impressed with the refund as usualy noone refunds shipping charges
