I bought a sony headphone of rs 500, it was dispatched timely, I was so excited and the packaging was also awesome, but when I used it I felt it was dublicate, it went completly off after 5 days, I called customer care but of no use they said I have to contact the seller, I contCted the seller and they didnt responded, ebay should be responsible for all its transaction as we are beliving on the brand ebay and not on the seller because we actually dont know who is selling on ebay.it is the responsibility of ebay to audit its seller and we are not responsible to connect to the seller infact ebay should do all the procedures to satisfy there customers.
