Baazee is not worth trusting. Review on Ebay

Baazee cannot be trusted and it is not reliable

I had bougt a laptop on baazee.com with a replacement of 1 year warranty.

After 5 months and some days the battery stopped working.

the seller did not do anything about it.

What is worse is that even baazee did not do anything about it(just bcoz he was a regular seller).

Even their telephonic help is of no use. The first time I explained my problem to a girl name sonya but next time I called up there was no girl named sonya available in the company.

Noone else was ready to listen to my compaints on fone. (they said we handle this only by email).

If some consumer helping organization is reading this then pls help me (and other buyers and potential buyers).

I am not buying anything from baazee again and I recommend the same to everyone else.
