I had very bad experiences with eBay. My last order was Mi Power bank 10400 MHz. When I received and unbox that power bank I was shocked to see there are so many scratches on that, power cable was very old and used. Next I charged the power bank for 8 hour as per instruction and try to charge my mobile through power bank and again I was surprised because it was keep charging only for 10 min and my mobile got charged 5% to 6%.
Before the power bank I was ordered battery for my Nokia mobile and received used battery.
Customer service is little better as when I want to return the power bank they refund my money. So please don't order anything from eBay, if you find any thing good on eBay and want to order then check the seller profile first like there rating, how long they are connected with eBay etc.
Even some time they blocked my registered account with eBay without any reason.
