I have found ebay site Irresponsible and Insensitive to Buyers time and again. The last time I shopped with ebay was way back in 2002 and now in 2016 again they have broken my trust. I had ordered a Lenovo K3 note which I received within two days but the camera of the phone was not operative. Since I had not have any spare phone I had that packed and contacted ebay for return as product is defective.
After contacting the buyer he is saying me to take pains and go to service center and ebay is also not listening . They do not provide any service or check the product before sending and the closed my case without taking any action on it. I am not going to buy anything ever from this website again.
