I learned from a friend of mine that Ebay is also one of the best online shopping websites in the world which has a good reputation as well as a variety of products available with them.
My son ordered a Sports shoe from this website which was costed at an MRP of 8000 INR but was available surprisingly at a price of 4500 INR, so he asked to order it. We had to pay the money first through online payment and then the order would come, so we did it as asked for.
The order came about a month later but surprisingly the when the product was seen, its quality was way lot different from the product shown on the website. The quality was not very good, although it looked similar to the picture available but yet I am not happy with the quality of the product. The upper material was looking same but material was not as described on the website and overall we are not happy with the product.
He called on to the customer care but they refused to take the product back and refund the money back.
