I have ordered Samsung mobile battery from ebay, they said that if the product not work they will return it and refund my money, after receiving the order the battery is not getting fit on my mobile, I called ebay customer care, mailed them, but they are totally irresponsive, it is pathetic to provide such a service from a branded name ebay
