We have had such a bad experience buying from ebay that we never have even visited the site again.
We bought a horn for a bike from a seller who send us the product after so many days. When it finally arrived, the clamps and nuts for fitting the horn was missing. The mecahnic said that the parts were not available locally and so we contacted both ebay and the seller who refused to send the parts to us and instead demanded that we send back the product.
Since we were not sure if we would get the money back, we did not send the item back and wrote a negative review on the site. The seller asked us to rewrite the review but we did not agree. Ebay did not help us in any way and we were very disappointed.
