Ebay is the worst online portal there is currently. It is irresponsible and doesn't give a damn about it's customers. I received my item after 23 days of placing order and after repeated mails to the seller. The product I received was broken and completely useless.
Raised a claim under ebay guarantee program which they summarily rejected. Sent them repeated mails to which they didn't reply. In short, if you buy anything from a seller listed with ebay, and he cheats you, then ebay will do nothing to help you out. You will have to suffer the loss. Ebays guarantee program is only to fool customers into buying from them.
