**It is a mafia*** for supplying dud products and cheating people. The refund or replacement guarantee is crap. They send you some crap mails and close your claim.
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SHOP ON EBAY. First they ask you to contact the seller. The seller tells you to contact some 1800 customer care number and when you call they register your complain and then? Then nothing happens and your case is closed.
