I have established more than 20 contacts via email, chat, phone and FB support. However, no right support. The website may be good for its buyers but worst for sellers. I think the company guys have forgotten if you do not have seller... u also won't have buyers....
as per my invoice the billed amount was 1, 389.97. I paid the same amount on 07 Feb using ICICI net banking however I got a intimation that the transaction was failed. Hence I made payment again on same day using debit card.
As I checked, my account has been charged twice and the refund for first transaction has not been credited.
