I recently made a booking with the site and the booking got cancelled. The money got charged to my card. I was told the refund will come in next 8-10 working days. Today it has been 23 days(Cancellation happened on 8th Apr) and no clarity on what is the status. They keep throwing a TPSL ID which says that finally the refund got processed after 16 days of original cancellation(They initiated the refund on 24th Apr) but till date the money has not come back.
I have trail mails spanning 23 days where they have twice told me the refund has happened(Lying in my face) but till date there is no clarity. Call center has the audacity to hang up on me without giving any clarity.
Sincere suggestion - NEVER EVER book on this site. Huge inconvenience!
