The only reason why I ever went to this store was because HSBC offered me a free gift voucher with their credit card and as it was free, I thought I would try them out.
I was surprised by the minimal number of items on display. but the book collection was ok, so I ordered a book and paid the remaining amount by credit card. After almost a month, I wrote to them asking the status of my order. Someone replied that it has been confirmed and that they would be shipping the book to me soon.
Then after another month, they send me an automated mail saying that my order has been cancelled and my money will be refunded.
Now when I returned to the site, my order status says Confirmed! I didnt understand what it meant. To my surprise, I found that the entire books section also vanished. Now the site has less than 100 items on sale and most of it is pure junk.
I tried to buy something else and it says the gift voucher is exhausted.
I am left in the lurch and no one responds to the queries I send them.
Never Ever Buy Anything from there. If you are buying using a free gift voucher, buy something that is below the voucher value. Dont pay them any money!!!
