I booked a drop to the railway station at 5 am on 28 dec. The cab arrived 15 minutes late. I was travelling with senior citizens and young kids. The driver dropped us on the road refusing to take us near the pickup point. we had to drag our bags to the point where porters are available. Please do not book .
