Very unpleasant experience. Took an easy cab from Mumbai airport to Powai today(Aug 9, 2014).
A man standing near the fleet taxi area was redirecting ONLY Easycab passengers to take a(Easycab) taxi standing in front. He asked me to get into his car instead of the one I received confirmation for. He then got into the car along with the taxi driver and started to drive. I was instantly alarmed at this and asked them to stop right away.
When I got off the car, the man told me to not trust easycabs as a single woman, and that autos are a better bet! I think I will listen to him and never take an Easycab again.
