I missed my mobile phone in an EasyCab boarded from Delhi airport. After 2 minutes of leaving the cab I came to know that I left my phone in the cab and made a call on my number so that the chauffer can pick the phone but the call was not picked.
After lodging a complaint to the EasyCab service center I rushed back to airport to get the details of the chauffer. Once reached the airport I contacted to front desk with the help of whom I was able to see the contact details of chauffer. EasyCab representative spoke to the driver and very irresponsibly he answered as' our chauffer is not having any phone and they are very honest, it is your responsibility'.
