Had booked for a cab on 9th Sept, which was required on 10th Sept. The operator confirmed the booking but next day I get a message that cabs are not available.
Due to this last minute goof up by easy cabs had to struggle to find a ride. Customer service desk was not helpful and were reading from a script.
Will never book cabs with these guys.
