It was one of my bad day, when I relied first time on easy cab and booked for point to point drop within Bangalore.
Events happened like this:
a. Booked the cab well in advance.
b. Got the standard message with confirmation number from easy cab & stating details of driver will be given half an hour before .
c. Did not get driver on time and I had to follow up with driver. Driver was rude, and was far away from my place.
d. Contacted customer care more than 5 times and every time response was that we have arranged different cab and it will arrive soon.
Finally I had to arrange some different commute.
Suggestion:
Never book easy cab if you want to commute.
