I booked an easy cab on september 30th at 8 pm for october 1st at 5 am as I had a flight at 6 30. I specifically asked them to be there latest by 5. In the morning I waited till 5 15 and the cab didn't turn up. At that point I called a friend and requested him to drop me. On the way I called easy cabs at 5 25 and they told me the cab was delayed and it should be there in 10 minutes!
Was I supposed to miss my flight for them? or were they sending a chopper? Either way I'm done with easy cabs. this is not he first time this is happening! I think meru cabs are excellent and should go for them the next time. Easy cabs are such a massive disappointm, ent. I've lodged a complaint & am waiting for their response
