Yesterday I boarded cab from Delhi airport and realized soon after that I had made the biggest mistake of my life. The driver was talking on mobile phone all through. Meter started at Rs 86. When I asked why he told me it is as per company policy. When a taxi company is charging 28 Rs a km why do they need to start meters at 86 Rs. Driver in turn abused me while dropping me. I have complained to the customer care but no response. Even meter was wrongly calibrated.
