EaseMyTrip_Care Cares

EaseMyTrip_Care is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Very disappointing experience with EaseMyTrip. The airline cancelled the flight, yet I still did not receive a full refund. AED 200 was deducted as a so-called convenience fee, which is completely unjustified when the cancellation was not initiated by the passenger.

On top of that, the refund process was heavily delayed and communication was poor throughout. Customers should not have to chase their own money after an airline cancellation.

I expected better service and transparency. Would not recommend based on this experience.
