Hello everyone
Please never go for booking with Easemytrip.com as they have carried out Fraudlent activities with my booking as under-
1.I had booked ticket on their website and then within 5 minutes they have cancelled it and on calling their customer care they informed me that the request was given from my end so they cannot do anything, wherein no such request was given from my side.
2.Now they refunding me Rs171 against my ticket of Rs2300, I have informed them tbat I dont need a refund I need a ticket so please rebook the same but they are ignoring it and sending me the templated responses on emails.
3.The culprits of this issue are firstly Easemytrip CEO, because he is unaware of the activities carried out by their staff, secondly Mr Kapil Sharma-Team Leader who is not understanding my issue and simply arguing with me and stating me to take a legal action if not satisfiyesatisfied with the refund amount and last but not the least Mr Akash the CSE who had cancelled my ticket and started this issue.
