I bought a refundable flexiplus ticket with ease my trip
3 days before flying I called asking condition for rescheduling...they said I will be charged 400 ins for our 2 tickets.i said I will reconfirm next day. they never mention that it needed to be done 72 hours befor the flight.
2 days before the flight, when I want to confirm the change, they said it will cost 5600 rd.i was furious.on my ticket it says rescheduling cost as 0 whereas they show a cost for cancellation.and no mention of the 72 hours time limit.
