Esquare multiplex shivaji nagar pune had gone to see Star Wars with family. great theater and movie experience, but the staff was ill trained, slow and didn't deliver on promises. Long queues at food counter, more than 6 people in each queue even after the intermission was over. they offered to deliver my food in the seat, took money but didn't show even till the movie ended! service was not good cleanliness was also not there
