One of the worst company to work for ever. they made me resign one the largest MNC after extending me an offer which was suitable to me according to my needs that time as I was working in night shift then and badly wanted to shift any day shift job, they never provided me even an offer letter and I being in dire need of day shift job that time; joined them.
Surprisingly when I asked them about my offer letter they asked me to Resign! stating I am doing "union-giri" in their company and displayed a very rude and unprofessional behaviour. It seemed within just 2 days itself they got to know about my potential and calibre indeed! I don't know whether they just wanted a labour to work for them an without nay documentation they were so cared to release the offer letter and gave me a reason that I might abscond after taking their offer letter. LOL as If I had to abscond so soon why the hell I even joined their company in the first place. Ms Shefali is the person along with the so-called Director of the company(Sanjaya Gupta!)plays such tricks with new joinees and freshers.
After I joined I even got to know people are eligible for just 0.5 days Annual Leaves in a month and that 6 leaves in a year is also something they aren't allowed to avail, horrible! isn't it? labour Exploitation that is what it is termed to be. but really I thank god for getting me out of the hell within just two days! however, today just felt like writing review for them so that at least some people will be warned. It is a very small company though and not even worth my consideration.
