This is a good protein with decent macros. Flavor is good, taste is little bitter but good quality protein the reason I rated it more due to my lactose intollerence .great protein doesn't leave me feel bloated and snickerdoodle is really tasty, it's really just vanilla with a little bit cinnamon in it. I used it with water and it had a good flavor still & no side effects,it works for me with regular exercise the best value for money protein the ingredients are just perfect, all I can is wow.
