I have sent a parcel in Bangalore by paying services charges, delivery partner had picked the parcel and it was not delivered to the recepient address, when I called delivery partner he did not answer the call, then I had raised complaint in Dunzo app.
Dunzo executive had called and asked the details and total value of the parcel. He said he will come back again after enquiry.
after 2 days I have emailed for status, then again executive called and asked the value of prod and asked for receipt for the value of the prod. Next day I again emailed then I got call saying the delivery partner had cheated and said he can pay some part of the value as the receipt does not have GST no. I did not agree and I asked for prod to be replaced. After 5 days on contineous emails I got call saying delivery agent met with accident and prod I damaged so we cant e able to repay any amount. and given advice to file FIR on delivery agent. But DUNZO will not pay single paisa as per T&C of delivery.
This is really Cheating, I lost 5K value of no mistake from my side. They even did not repay delivery charges paid by me.
SO DONOT USE DUNZO for sending any parcel to delivery.
