I recently sent a Smartphone worth 25k from Noida to Kolkatta with insurance that is 3% of the total declared value. It took an astonishing 8 days to reach the destination. Their is no customer care number on the site nor the branch number given is of any use no one lifts it. Then I found the complaint section and I was surprised that I received a reply from them and that to quickly with promt response.
I was impressed. They even contacted the branch office and told them to deliver the item soon and alas it was delivered after a record 8 days. So atlast I say DTDC is not that bad only that they have to improve their customer service and they will be good to go.
