Sheer bad luck .because I chose DTDC to send a courier to Kerala. CN no B02494817.
It took 9 days to reach.and just after day 2, I started calling the offices of DTDC.
very poor response and they used to give different phone numbers and I used to get high BP after speaking to them. MY ADVISE, NEVER USE DTDC.
