My supplier booked a document from Delhi to Mumbai on 3/7/2020, today on 16/7/2020 still undelivered, when enquire at dtdc office, answer received that due to lockdown wasn't delivered, then why the hell you people booked it, further calling on the customer support number 7305770577 puts on a hold for about half an hour and then disconnects, trying to call dtdc office number not answerable, if you aren't able to deliver the consignment at least send back to the origin and refund the money you have charged, the question is the customer service to be provided after charging upfront, otherwise book the consignment with payment on deliver.
