I've been facing a lot of problems with their service. Their delivery time is like hell late. What is urgent and what is general!! doesn't matter for them. DTDC's customer care sucks, whenever you call them they try to make you fool. Talking about delivery persons they employed have such mobiles which never switched on. They even illiterate and have no manners how to talk.
It's so nasty and cheap company working like a Govt. office. They have made the courier business like hell on the earth. I never recommend this company to anyone. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY TO GET OR SEND YOUR PRECIOUS COURIERS. They make your life hell.
Tried to call DTDC head office and found even more than a hell, they didn't attend my call. When a company's HQ works like such an unprofessional way you can imagine about the franchise they given.
If there's something below one star I would love to give them. They don't deserve even a single star.
