This company is a big TRASH..I have had a horrible experience because of incompetent staff. I took my complaint to the Chairman s office but the things are same there too. No one has time to look into your problem. My parcel is not traceable even after almost one month. They are unable to do anything.
GOD save us and the company. Will never recommend DTDC to anyone. Use Delhivery or Shrimaruti/ Speedpost instead..
