Sent a package from Hyderabad to Tampa.
First of all they misplaced it, then falsely updated the tracking to say it has been delivered. When I inquired, they took down the statuses of delivering.
Then finally I had to make at least 50 calls to US DTDC who finally tracked my package and gave it to FEDEX for further delivery.
None of their numbers in India are ever picked up. Employees are arrogant bunch of buffoons. Harrowing experience and this is how they return your messages on FB.

Do not ever use this service even for domestic services. Sometimes paying a bit more is always advisable for a good service.
