I am very much disappointed with this courier service as because of them I couldnot send my gift to my fiancee on her birthday.
DTDC has a local office in my hometown I dispatched a gift and they promised me to deliver before the date I wanted but even after 2 days tey didnt, I kept calling them to the destination office but sometime didnt respond and sometime said speak to your local office.
I finally went to my local office they gave me some number then I gave the no to my brother in-law he went to the destination office then they searched for the parcel and then gave him and said it had reached here 3-4 days back.
However later they apologize for the delay.
But I was not happy with this I would not like to use to again in future.
