My friend who is a PG student had ordered some goods urgently required for exams on cash on delivered basis. Docket # I00649809 It was shipped to dealer from manufacturer unfortunately by DTDC on 23rd April 2014.
Today 29th April shipment is still undelivered - with status HELD UP.
No one is giving us status. Local DTDC office at Davanagere is not taking ownership or calls anymore - with reply "don't know call customer care".
Called DTDC customer care all India number 33004444 agents are cutting calls!
When inquired at booking office at Calicut, informal answer was "shipment paper details lost".
DTDC should be ashamed at this behavior.
