Must be banned from service. Review on DTDC Courier

A worst service in terms of customer support, the website and the it's response time. I have been trying to contact to customer care, the number mentioned in site does not belong to customer support dept. Hence the guy from other dept who picked up the call gave me another number which is a wrong number. This is the worst service I have ever seen with any courier. When I check anything online, it says server busy, contact to Customer Care, but never get a reply if I contact to customer care.

The funny courier which plays with necessary documents of people, must be banned.

I suggest all to go with BlueDart courier, I really feel so great with this. I got immediate reply when I called to the customer care. And the response is really so good. On rakshya bandhan when there are many people access their site, still the response is very good. Thanks Bluedart.

Only the price is very high but if you value your courier pay for it. Else you can go with this stupid courier where no customer support, no deliver on time etc.
