We got machine part from amritsar on 17th march
It showes its gone to amritsar to ambala then mumbai then sent back to delhi and from delhi to chennai did not know what it ment to send to mumbai and back to delhi.
Even after reaching chennai
When we check online status it's In chennai madhavaram office since 2 days no one to delivery
When asked they told it will be sent tomorrow
When called for delivery guy is saying he is busy riding, he will come in evening.
When called again its important pls come fast neither he is taking our calls and if I call from other number hearing our voice he is disconnecting.
He has nothing to do as we never had any dispute for which he must trouble us, neither we have used it before nor would wish to use it again.
Worst service.
