This is not for the first time they have delayed my consignment, but every time we get cheated like this. They take 6 days to deliver the cover which is send by my father from Visakhapatnam. I stay in Bangalore.
I am working for a MNC and have a very clear address( in fact I have given my office address), being a IT guy and working for support we never keep our mobile number off and never leave any missed call unattended. Hence there no chance of missing of calls.
It looks better than sending consignments using ordinary post as it also take 4 or 5 day to reach Bangalore.This time it was an important cover which I need as soon as possible. The person who book will tell sweet words it will be delivered in two or three days. If you look at the website. They give help line number which never work. Contact details never bother to reply to mails. Who is there to stop these things. It is a big question.
