Hii all, today I am going to review DTDC Courier. I used this service six days ago to send some medicine for my brother to Rajasthan. Customer service is very bad. It's very expensive than Indian Post. It also unavailable to rural area. I send my item six days ago but it still not delivered. Staff is not good. I packed the item myself. Respond time is also not fast. Customer service is too bad. I call them several times but they never respond me. Now I am unable to track the item also. This service is worst. Don't use it.
