I had to send a hard disk from Mangalore to Mumbai to my cousin. So I thought DTDC courrier is good so I booked there.
The staff was good and he told me that electronic items cost more to send and they have to take two percent insurance on the product.
First of all two percent insurance is lot more and over that the extra charge for their safe package is like eighty bucks.
So all total it costed me like 600 bucks including the insurance. Im OK with the price that they have taken. The real problem is the delivery timings. I have booked it in their DTDC plus that stands for the fast courrier service the have and the product had to deliver within two day of working day. But to my surprise the courier had not still delivered for like one week.
I was soo much angry and I went there to enquire and they were like its stuck in the Bombay office. Like seriously DTDC.
For what I did the plus service.
This was the very bad experience I had and I suggest you not to send any of the important parcel through DTDC
