Very Incompetent service and management. I had order on something on 29/06/2022 and it was shipped via DTDC courier on 30/06/2022. But till date my order tracking status is showing "Received at Hub Ahmedabad Apex on 05/07/2022." I raised ticket on 12/07/2022 and it was allotted to DTDC staff Ms. Namita Gaykar. But since 12/07/2022 I have not received single call or email for status update. I am calling to DTDC toll free on daily basis to know when I will get my parcel delivered but daily they are saying we will pass message to delivered on urgent basis but nobody has answer why it has structed in Ahmedabad Apex since 05/07/2022.
