There bunch of ****heads in the government board of this company.and they don't know what is happening with the service that they provide. If you have any problem no one there to help.
The worst Bangalore CS is not even picking up the phone number for inquiring the status of the parcel. I request you all DONT EVER send your parcel through this service. You WILL REGRET later.
