I sent some medicine to mumbai via dtdc courir jaipur. they said to deliver within 3-4 days. but its has been 9 days. my customer become negative . when I talked to executive at dtdc branch he talked like nonsense. he said "Go to Narender Modi I m not afraid of anyone." on dialing customer care service they also not giving proper response. their executives were busy in gossiping. I filed complaint in consumer forum. then they give me false information that they delivered 2 days ago. completly mental torture . effect reversely on my business. I will never choos DTDC again for courier WORST WoRST service ever
