I bought Dr Trust facial steamer. It has stopped generating steam altogether after one and a half years. It's poorly designed; as a result, there is scaling on the heating element. I contacted their customer service. First, they will ask you for a whole lot of details(video, invoice, serial number, lot number, image of the outer box, and all kinds of nonsensical stuff) to somehow wriggle out of their responsibility(who keeps the box?); then, if you are persistent and comply with all their requirements, they will tell you that it is out of warranty and nothing can be done.
