A very good and extraordinary masterpiece by director Nishikant Kamat.Drishyam is very interesting and thriller bollywood movie which I have seen after a very long time.
Drishyam is the movie which keeps you hooked to your seats till the very end.Very bit of the film is superb and I loved the film even after I have seen the original malyalam version of it starring Mohanlal.
I think no actor would have done justice to this role other than Ajay devgan. He is really fantastic in the movie. The movie revolves around the character Vijay Salgoankar, a small-time cable TV operator in a Goan location named Pandolem, who erects an elaborate web of alibis when an unintentional crime casts a long shadow on his family.
He finds himself up against an unyielding police woman, inspector-general Meera Deshmukh(a rather miscast Tabu), whose personal stake in the case is very high. She is both victim and tormentor. The photo director has done a good job by shooting in various places in goa and has really explored goa for some scenes.
The story is all about the ordinary man’s extraordinary struggle to conceal a dark secret. The veteran actor Tabu, shriya and debutant ishita have done a fabulous role. The screenplay is also very impressive.I think this movie is gonna be a hit in the box-office.
