The vouchers I purchased from crazeal mention pro lipo and anti cellulite treatments and these machines are not available at Santacruz clinic.The clinic does not have proper water supply and the loo stinks.This is a big problem especially since you can be weighed only after using the loo.How much unhygiene should be put up with by a customer?and if you don’t want to give proper treatment to voucher customers then why bother selling the deals on crazeal.com.You did not think twice while taking on 600 vouchers/customers .So you would like to make quick money from these very voucher customers, but the service/treatment you will deliver to them will be pathetic and you will not respongd to their complaints
Your staff Dhanshree refuses to massage lower tummy tuck in a tummy tuck.Her innovative excuse – it is linked and doc has told not to .By the way a tummy tuck is more than a 5 min massage and mask.I was hoping you would know that since you run 3 centres.Since I have been to other much better clinics I can tell you its a 30 min massage – 15 mins by powder with g5 massager, then 15 mins by oil/gel and then mask.And the mask should be washed off after drying.In my case I had to leave without mask drying.I could not even wipe it out because you had no water or tissues.i tried using theDIRTY napkin(desperation) offered to me too, but the mask was stuck to my stomack.Thank you for ruining my meeting and the rest of the day.
Now coming to the biggest problem at the centre- I don’t what business you are in, but if I am being told to be in a slightly “undressed” state in a room with cameras, I will NOT TOLERATE OR ACCEPTTHAT.you don’t trust your own staff and clinic doc so you keep a camera in the doc’s room.Now while they later say that they will switch off cameras, why should I trust your employees who you yourself don’t trust?and if tomorrow some weird MMS of mine in a vulnerable state is posted on internet, are you going to be responsible?
AND when you don’t reply to such a complaint, i have to ask “ARE YOU REALLY A DOCTOR?”, because doctors are known to be emotionally distant, I know that they take their responsibilities very seriously.

This refers to my experience with Dr rekhas clinic in the last 2 days(13th and 14th march).
I was waiting for an hour like an idiot on 13th march. Till I threw a fit no one was bothered(13th march).I came at 6 p. and my ultra lipo started at 7:10.This after the girl Yashoda refusing tummy tuck because it takes nearly an hour and half.
So for ONE TUMMY TUCK appt I had turned up at 3:35(appt for 3:30)and the mask is applied at 4:20.The staff very very well knew and had been told many times that I was to leave at 5 for a meeting. It was the deadline I HAD INFORMED Yashoda abt while booking the appt, it was my first statement on entering clinic. She was in some conversation with “floor construction ”workers so I told her that let Dhanshree start the tummy tuck.Dhanshree by the way is very new and I actually told Yashoda to instruct her properly.
I got into treatment room, took off clothing and sat there waiting. I was given some 5 min massage by Dhanshree who refusedto massage lower part of tummy. Her innovative excuse-Doc says its linked(to what?) so no massage over there. So tummy tuck starts with massage for tummy that does not cover lower part of tummy EXCELLENT TRAINING DR REKHA.After thisI am told to get dressed.
Why?because I have to be transferred to doctors room.So I said I will wrap myself in a towel and transfer. The male patient in the other room should have door closed so I wont be seen that way. Then I am told that I have to take tummy tuck with half pants and raised to because DOCTORS ROOM HAS A CAMERA .HOW DARE YOU TRY OR SUGGEST ME TO TRANSFER ME TO AROOM WITH A CAMERA WHILE TAKING A TUMMY TUCK. And these are girls by the way.I refuse and the girsl Dhanshree and Yashoda are actually coaxing me. This argument takes place for 20 minutes with the girls actually trying very hard to coax me into this. The patient Divya who I was sharing the treatment room with began to take my side and only then Yashoda and Dhanshree shut up.so there was no transfer I stayed on the sme bed in the same room.Just a waste of time which I kept telling to Yashoda and Dhanashree.
.Its now that they apply the pack at 4:20.Dhanashrre applies such a thin pack, Thankfully Yashoda points it out applies the correct quantity. Its 5p.m. I have to go. I finally had to leave my tummy tuck midway without it drying. And it was sticking on the skin to my stomach for the rest of the day.You know why?because the cl.inic has no water. Being out of water and tolerating a smelly toilet is a norm here.
So after turning up on time, my service was wasted(voucher), I get no benefit of all the trouble of going specifically for this one servcie today(which was not given the previous day because it takes a lot of time)and I am insulted by the way staff has treated me.And I am walking around with a sticky stomach.And the staff has the guts to try to transfer me for tummy tuck to doctors room with camers.I am nlot some charity customer and even they will not put up with such shabby service.
To add more humiliation, I messaged Dr rekha and she did not even bother to reply.I want you to put me on a conference with her because if she can take my money then you have to bear the com plaints which come with pathetic poor serviuce.If you don’t treat voucher customers well, then why sell deals on crazeal, huh?I would like to hear what Dr rekha has to say for the pathetic service rendered to me.
Clearly she does not respond to me, her customer.It might also be good to aske her why ther is no pro lipo machione at santacruz and if ther is no pro lipo at santacruz then why mention it ion the voucher.I expect that my complaint will be reprsnetd by crazeal or you can be sure that I will stop any business with crazeal. Simply because voucher customers get inferior shabby services.I cant put up with that so I will just stop buying vouchers.
