When I started my laser treatment I had paid up for a lifetime package which at that time was way higher than the cost of 10 sittings.
Recently when I called to take an appointment I was informed that the management had decided to discontinue the lifetime package. I informed the person at the time of signing up I had paid way higher that the 10 sittings fee so I was informed that if ive not seen tesults yet and was not satisfied I could go meet Dr Poornima who might suggest tests to check if I had some harmonal imbalance. I refused to go through the same. This is absolutely not acceptable as while taking the money Dr Poornima did not think it necessary to inform us about any of this. I am not the only one facing this problem my sister and sister-in-law faced the same and im sure there are others too.
would appreciate if something is done about this
