I got some simple tests for Malaria and Typhiod done from Dr Lal Path Labs yesterday morning, Aug 19th 2011 (Sec 60, NOIDA - got the sample collected from my office). I was promised the reports will be available by evening 6 PM.. max by 7 PM.
Forget evening, the Malaria report is still not there after 28 hours of giving the lood sample. I am getting chills and fever but Malaria is not confirmed courtesy Dr Lal I am not able to start my treatment. I am completely disgusted by their service and would suggest everyone if a doctor has suggested any test get it done at the same hospital or a local pathology lab, atleast there is somebody answerable, who you can ask to proritize unlike Dr Lal. I would strongly recommend all not to use Dr Lal path lab.
