Same thing with me on ebay. Dotzot took 7 days to ship my parcel from Mumbai to Goa. blue dart takes max 3 days not more than that.
Even dtdc is worst. took 10days from Delhi to Goa. bluedart takes max 4 days. I dont know why dtdc brought this something called dotzot. dtdc itself need lots of improvement. They should teach thier staff some core values in delivering shipment. Bluedart and speedpost is best so far in goa.
I have purchased 28 items on ebay
22 items - bluedart
2 items - speedpost
3 items - dtdc
1 item - dotzot
only dtdc and dotzot gave me lot of frustration. never had problems with rest.
